Unitie Sports Club, one of the Western Cape’s established disability sport clubs, held another focused training session on Saturday as para-athletes and CP football players continued their build-up to next year’s National Championships at Coetzenburg.

Para-athletics athletes worked through seated throws strength, conditioning and technique drills, while the CP football squad sharpened their movement, passing and match fitness. The session carried a strong sense of purpose as athletes pushed through their programmes with the upcoming championships firmly in mind.
Coaches reported steady progress and strong commitment across the group, with athletes showing improving form as preparations intensify.
Unitie Sports Club will continue with regular sessions in the months ahead as the squad aims to represent the Western Cape with pride at Coetzenburg in 2026.
