ADVERTISEMENT: APPOINTMENT OF AUDITORS

The Western Cape Provincial Sport Confederation (WCPSC) hereby invites suitably qualified auditing firms to submit proposals for appointment as Auditors to the WCPSC.

The WCPSC primary revenue stream derived from the Western Cape Government. Membership of the WCPSC consists of District Sport Councils and Provincial Sport Federations, who are also beneficiaries of the organisation’s programmes and services.

The appointed Auditors will be required to:

* Audit the WCPSC’s financial statements on an annual basis;
* Prepare and present the Annual Financial Statements to the Executive Committee; and
* Meet all professional standards and requirements as stipulated in legislation and governance frameworks applicable to organisations of this nature.

 Auditors must be registered with the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA) and be in good standing with the institution at the time of appointment.
