Newly Certified Referees Set to Officiate at Upcoming Fight Night

Last week, the 16ouncebox Fit Academy in Observatory hosted a successful 2-day referee certification course, preparing aspiring officials for the world of boxing. Participants received in-depth training, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to become qualified referees.

The course concluded with participants earning their official certification, but the learning continues. On 2nd November, the newly certified referees will attend a practical session at the academy to further hone their skills. This will be followed by an exciting debut at the White-Collar and Amateur Fight Night, where they will officiate for the first time as qualified referees.

This event marks an important milestone for these fresh officials as they step into the ring in a professional capacity, ensuring fair and exciting matches for all participants.
