Leading the charge was Xhaiden Williams, who competed in the Under-19 category and delivered an astonishing upset by defeating the former national champion in the top 16. His run continued into the semi-finals, where he secured a third-place finish, marking an outstanding achievement for Eden.

Williams’ exceptional performance earned him the prestigious Player of the Tournament title, selected from hundreds of competitors for his skill, determination, and sportsmanship. The Western Cape community has proudly acknowledged his success, even as Williams represented the Eden team.
